Mike is a member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). When not training, he is a registered Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) wrestling referee, and a former Big Brother volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Bucks County PA.
Mike lives in southeastern PA with his wife Ann, their daughter Kyleigh and dog Kimba.
