Are New Managers Prepared for Their Role?

According to a recent survey by CareerBuilder.com, almost 60% of new managers don’t feel they received adequate training to transition into their new role. The survey was conducted with 2,482 managers during the end of 2010. According to the survey, one in for managers feel ill-prepared to manage. PCUA Conference

I just got back from the annual PA Credit Union Conference and Expo in Hershey and had a great time. I met a lot of great leaders from credit unions all throughout the commonwealth.
